There's an argument to be made that most Canadians won't go for libertarianism (as we saw our neighbour react during covid) so it's better to concentrate in one lower populated area so that it's easier to gain a majority (such as New Hampshire Free State Project). In Canada this could be New Brunswick but one area has to be picked and people have to move there and get into the political arena.
